For rugs that weigh under 20kgs, Australia Post E Parcel is used. Tracking information is supplied enabling you are able to track your rug's shipping progress. Insurance is optional and can be organised at your request. For heavier rugs weighing over 20kg we use Toll IPEC Couriers which deliver to your door Australia wide. After dispatch you will be supplied with a consignment note tracking number.
