All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Delivery Policy

After the receiving funds the goods will be packaged and dispatched within 3-5 working days, shipping and tracking information will be provided via email.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within seven days of receiving it for a full refund. Please alert us by email if you intend to return a rug  and return shipping instructions will be provided. It is the purchaser's responsibility to return the rug to our Strathfield office in the same condition as it was received. If the rug is to be returned to us by Australia Post the rug should be sent by registered parcel post. We will not be responsible for any returned rugs that are lost or damaged in transit.
