We were one of the company’s first customers over 30 years ago and since that time we have bought all our rugs from Paul and Chris. At our first encounter with Paul we were most impressed with his outstanding knowledge of Persian rugs and his patience with us as we slowly made the decision about our choice of rugs. We also consider the rugs are very reasonably priced. Chris is extremely impressive both in his incredible knowledge of rugs and his enthusiasm to impart his knowledge to his customers to ensure they are very satisfied with the rugs they have chosen. We always feel at ease browsing through the extensive stock without any pressure from the staff to make a purchase and this is obviously a further reason why the company is so very successful. Over the last ten years I have bought several rugs (some new, some vintage) from Paul and the service, value and quality is always outstanding. When I was unsure of what would work in parts of my house two lovely guys (his sons I believe) came out with samples and helped me choose what looked best there on site in the rooms of my place. I have also had carpets washed here for a very good price ( and am about to send some more in for cleaning soon). I am lucky to live quite close to these guys, but would say it is worth a trip if you live further out - given how good they are here.

My wife and I went to the Persian Rug Co. to buy a rug for our kitchen. We visited another establishment on the way (going out of business sale 75% off!) without purchasing there, but when we got Paul's valuable advice, and saw the range that he had available, the only difficulty we had was choosing which one to buy.
