Persian Rug Co. handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We want our customers to be delighted with every one of their purchases, so we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Persian Rug Co. must be contacted before 30 days of receipt of your goods so we can confirm the return instructions. All goods must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were received.
Customers must pay for return packaging and shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure we receive the goods and the customer is responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Alternatively, orders can be returned to us in our Rozelle warehouse outlet during normal working hours.
We will only process your refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in new and unused condition.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Persian Rug Co., at all times, abides by the Australian Consumer Law in relation to any returns and processing refunds. We ask that you notify us immediately of your receipt of any damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. We will replace or refund your order accordingly.
