Physical goods are delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 7 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly, and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Persian Rug Co..

We ship to the address you provide when you order. Large goods cannot be sent to PO boxes, we, therefore, require a physical delivery address when you place your order. Please note: if there is no one available to receive the goods and the driver has to return to your address to re-effect delivery, an additional cost may apply.

In such circumstances where you have granted authority to leave goods unattended, the responsibility of risk and ownership transfers to you upon this instruction and delivery. You agree that all our shipping agents and we are released from liability for any lost, stolen or damaged goods that are delivered and left unattended in accordance with your authority.

Once goods are delivered, we ask that you inspect and advise us immediately of any issues you may have. We are not involved in nor do we have any liability once the goods have left our warehouse beyond our terms and conditions. We will assist you with any claim you may have with any shipping provider where possible. We recommend you consider shipping insurance for your valuable goods.
