• Free shipping Australia wide on all online orders. Please get in touch for international shipping quotes.
• All items are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse outlet within one working day of receiving funds.
• Rugs are sent via couriers: StarTrack Express and FedEx. 
• We do not use second rate couriers. 
• We keep you informed of tracking details and monitor shipment movements.

Returns

• No questions asked. 30-day return policy applies to all Online purchases. We can not accept rugs after 30 days.
• No restocking fees or any other penalties are imposed. We will even assist you with packaging advice and shipping information.
