A lovely vintage c1950 blue field Birjand Persian Rug woven in North East Iran in excellent condition.
Pure wool, having all over detailed Herati design. Finely knotted.
The field colour is a deep blue with pink and sky blue highlights.
Signed by a master weaver. A rare and collectable rug.
Ideal for a living or dining room. Would suite both a contemporary or traditional setting.
