Each and every one of our Kazak rugs has been hand knotted and each and every piece is unique. The entire process of production is completely hand done... From the development of the natural dyes using plant materials, to the hand spinning of the wool - this traditional process always results in the most lively and warm creation.
Kazak rugs are perfectly suited to a casual setting - they are well constructed and are designed to take loads of punishment.
Our collection of Kazak Farahan rugs represent some of the best tribal vegetable dye rug weaving available. The colours are bright and are beautifully balanced. A unique silk like shimmer exists in high quality Kazak Farahan rugs - a result of the traditional Afghan 'wool polishing' technique, whereby the weavers twist and shave each unique string of wool in the pile in the carpet.
